A Serviced Office is an office or office building that is fully equipped and managed by a facility manager (Servio), which then rents individual offices or floors to other business owners/companies. Yes, additional costs shall apply for the use of telephone lines, F&B (Food & Beverage), integrated business services, stationeries from printing to laminating and for any other requests.
